Committing to these healthful changes, though maybe challenging at first, is a big part of the happiness equation because, ultimately, we are treating ourselves to the magic of self-care. What would it take for you to make some healthful changes in your life? Have you been promising yourself you'll eat wiser, exercise better, and find balance? What's holding you back? New Year's resolutions or not, to find motivation it takes introspective reflection on what positive experience these changes will bring you. Once you find your answer, such as "more energy with my kids," "more focus at work," "being more present and less anxious around others," "more sexiness with my partner," keep it top of mind as you make your commitment to new habits. It'll make the rewards that much more intentional, palpable, and possible.
To help you start each day this year on the right track, here is my brand new downloadable ebook, Breakfast to Live For. Click on it to download my 12 healthful, delicious, and satisfying breakfasts. Each recipe is gluten- and dairy-free and loaded with protein, fiber, healthy fats, and phytonutrients. I like them so much, I even make some for snacks and dinner. I've included lots of content on nutrition and eating clean in order to thrive. Have friends who might be interested in this book?
