Health Coaches are knowledgeable advisors who provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. By listening to you, I will help you explore what specific nutrition and lifestyle choices are appropriate for you. Together we will develop a plan tailored to your individual needs for a lifetime of viable, fulfilling healthy habits. Science shows that it takes an average of six months to permanently change our habits. As a result, my premium health coaching program is a six-month partnership. It includes the following:
- two 50-minute sessions per month
- one or two action steps between sessions
- e-mail support between sessions
- coaching and support to help you make the dietary and lifestyle changes you want
- recipes that are healthy and simple to prepare
- simple but informative handouts that will increase your nutrition knowledge
- access to my monthly newsletter with the latest health tips and recipes
- my personal commitment to your health and success
In addition, I provide detoxes to identify potential food allergies, pantry makeovers to accommodate food allergies and introduce healthy options and cooking lessons.
